Improving the Livelihoods of Tea Farmers in Malawi

Find out how the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) is training tea farmers in Malawi to improve their tea farming practices and ultimately their livelihoods. The programme, which disseminates knowledge through farmer field schools on good agricultural practice, tea seedling production, climate change resilience, income diversification, and business skills management, is funded and supported by ETP, Tata Global Beverages Ltd., IDH – the Sustainable Trade Initiative, and the Tea Association of Malawi.
