India Roundtable
5-10 November 2023
Overview
Our roundtable in India will take place from 5 to 10 November 2023. It provides an opportunity for a high-level policy engagement to convene stakeholders pertaining to India to strengthen ETP’s network and promote an understanding of ETP’s role in India.
The aim of the roundtable is to promote responsible business practices, mainstream social protection, and mitigate the risk of gender-based violence in the tea industry in Assam.
Attendees will include Indian tea associations, producer companies, estate managers, community development forum managers, civil society organisations, government agencies, and ETP member companies.
The Roundtable in India will be followed by an invitation-only meeting of the Global Tea Coalition.
